MY APPROACH

According to the Talmud,

 

“Every blade of grass has its angel that bends over it and whispers, “Grow, Grow.’”

 

I followed that beckoning call and it led me to Inner Bonding®. Sinking deeply into the practices of self-love, with Guidance near, has done more to heal the raw, painful places in me than years of therapy and marriage counseling. It has brought miracles.

I believe that we are all pulled towards the highest expression of ourselves by the forces of Love and Light. Life is not a course of doing but of becoming, of changing our hearts and courageously taking responsibility for the life we create.

 

Depths of peace and joy that have eluded us are possible when we learn to love ourselves and consistently take the loving actions that fully support our truest selves.

 

It all begins with the smallest expression of our own willingness to be present with love in all the hidden, tender, places within us and in every circumstance.  Invite love in and everything changes.
